About our Recipe - Bolognese pasta with spicy meatballs and firm cheese
Bolognese pasta with spicy meatballs and firm cheese
- Pasta of choice (allow 75 to 100g per person)
- Bolognese sauce
- Ground meat (allow 150g per person)
- Breadcrumbs
- Firm Quebec cheese
- Steak spices
- Baguette as an accompaniment
Cook the pasta in salted water. Form 3 meatballs per person: mix the meat with 1 tsp of breadcrumbs per meatball and spices to taste. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side. Add the sauce to the pan and reheat for 2 minutes. Grate the cheese.
Serve the pasta, add the meatballs and sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese.
