For food safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of perishable products. However, if a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Each order is packaged in a sealed, temperature-controlled container, designed to maintain the cold chain during transport. Our deliveries are made by our own refrigerated trucks.
