Homemade, French-style
Our charcuteries are prepared on-site using French techniques passed down through three generations. Black pudding, terrines, rillettes, sausages, confits — everything is homemade in our butcher shop on Mont-Royal Avenue, just as Gilbert and Raymonde did when they opened in 1969.
From our counter to your door
Each online order is packed in airtight, temperature-controlled packaging, then delivered by our own refrigerated trucks. Order before midnight and receive your delivery the next day before 7 p.m., anywhere in Greater Montreal. The cold chain is never broken.
