Carbonara Pasta with Lardons and Quebec Cheese

  • Pasta (count 75-100g per person)
  • Carbonara sauce
  • Lardons
  • Firm Quebec cheese
  • Baguette as an accompaniment

Cook the pasta in salted water, fry the lardons in a pan until crispy. Grate the cheese.

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the hot pan, pour in the sauce, mix and turn off the heat. Serve with the lardons and grated cheese.
