About our Cheeseburger
Cheeseburger with various cheeses and duck fat fries
- Ground meat
- Hamburger bun
- Cheese
- Potatoes cooked in duck fat
- Spices
- Condiments (mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup...)
- Bacon (optional)
- Pickle/tomatoes/lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the meat (for game meat, deer, bison, wild boar, add roughly chopped bacon to prevent the patties from being too dry) with steak spices (1/2 tsp per patty).
- Form 140-150 g patties (large golf ball).
- Cook on the BBQ or in a pan for 4-8 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Warm the buns for 5 minutes in the oven with the potatoes, place the cooked patty, add the cheese, condiments, tomato/lettuce/pickle to taste.
