Gourmet Sauerkraut Hot Dog
- Baguette cut in half (one baguette makes 2-3 hot dogs)
- Wild boar, merguez, Toulouse sausage...
- Sauerkraut with white wine
- Pickles
- Mustard
Cook the sausages in a pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Cut the baguette into 3 pieces, then slice lengthwise. Cut the pickles in half. Spread mustard on the inside of the bread, add the sausage, and top with sauerkraut and pickles.
A simple and flavorful meal.
