This kit includes everything needed to make a brunch meal for 4 people, namely:
- 500g of homemade bacon
- 450ml of homemade duck beans
- 200g of homemade creton
- 4 ready-to-bake croissants
- 12 breakfast sausages 70g
- 1 homemade 8-inch tourtière
- 1 8-inch quiche Lorraine
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Place the bacon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake the bacon, tourtière, quiche, and croissant. Cook for 15-25 minutes until the bacon and croissant are cooked to your desired crispness.
- Cook the sausages in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Reheat the beans in a saucepan over medium heat.
